Latios's Flight

NEWEDIT: I can't believe it took me 3.5 hours to draw this.

Well...yesterday, I started on this. I was thinking up what to draw, and walking around the house. And I see...My copy of the movie, Pokemon Heroes! The first Pokemon movie I was ever allowed to see and buy! So. Yes. I decided to draw Latios! <33

I cried so many times whenever I got to that part where Latios dies!!!

So...this is basically artwork showing Latios going over the night sky with the Soul Dew in the picture....yeah...

Man those clouds took forever to draw before they looked decent. At least I have some practice for clouds done! xD

EDIT 1: Ack! Forgot to make the arm blue!!! Thanks to awesomeZero for pointing it out! <3 Also sent wrong file, so stuff like clouds and lighting looked funky...ugh...But it's FIXED now! D:
